All our patient watch staff are fully licensed by the security industry authority (SIA).  This is your assurance of having a trained security professional on site for any incidents involving a violent patient.  They have also received full restraint training for instances where the patient poses a physical threat to themselves or others.  Each member of our patient watch team has an enhanced dbs check and can be relied upon to act with due care and discretion.
